Refund and Cancellation Policy
Lutherwood Camp & Retreat Center
Refund Policy: Your camp fee, minus the non-refundable
$75 deposit per camper, will be refunded to you if cancellation
is received by Lutherwood at least one week prior to camp date for which
the camper is registered.
- You will be prompted to provide your email address along with a password.
- Then select "Create an Account" or "Log In"
- Complete Steps 1 and 2, then move onto Step 4.
- Step 4 is Select Desired Camp Choices.
- You will need to click on the Camp Schedule (another window should pop up).
- Click on "Week" and select "Donation" from the drop down menu.
- Then click "Search".
- You will see "Donation" as your 1 option.
- Simply click "Choose" at the far right.
- Then select "No more choices, proceed"
- The Lutherwood Camp camp code in the selection box should be #499. (If you are required to place more than one option, you may fill the other choices with the same 3-digit camp code.)
- Enter the financial amount of your donation
- Select "Save and continue" at bottom of page. (You will be prompted if you have missed any important/needed information fields and will be asked to complete them.)
