Refund and Cancellation Policy
Lutherwood Camp & Retreat Center

Refund Policy: Your camp fee, minus the non-refundable $75 deposit per camper, will be refunded to you if cancellation is received by Lutherwood at least one week prior to camp date for which the camper is registered.

1. You will be prompted to provide your email address along with a password.
• Then select "Create an Account" or "Log In"
2. Complete Steps 1 and 2, then move onto Step 4.
• Step 4 is Select Desired Camp Choices.
3. You will need to click on the Camp Schedule (another window should pop up).
4. Click on "Week" and select "Donation" from the drop down menu.
5. Then click "Search".
6. You will see "Donation" as your 1 option.
• Simply click "Choose" at the far right.
7. Then select "No more choices, proceed"
8. The Lutherwood Camp camp code in the selection box should be #499. (If you are required to place more than one option, you may fill the other choices with the same 3-digit camp code.)
9. Enter the financial amount of your donation
10. Select "Save and continue" at bottom of page. (You will be prompted if you have missed any important/needed information fields and will be asked to complete them.)
