Booking a Trip - Step By Step:

YOU

1. Select a trip/or customized program from the menu
2. Select a date
3. Submit Trip and date to Adventure Program Director

LUTHERWOOD

1. Trip approved by Adventure Program Director
2. Contract sent to you with deposit information

YOU

• Send deposit which is 10% of the cost of your trip or program in addition to any reservation fees or equipment rentals that require deposits themselves.

LUTHERWOOD

• Confirmation of registration sent to you.

YOU

• Bring packet of health and release forms to Lutherwood, or other designated location, with your group and everything else you need for your trip or program.
