Lutherwood needs YOU!

Join the Lutherwood community for a day, a week or the entire summer! Lutherwood is looking for resource staff to fill in the gaps this summer.

You may be asking, What can I offer at camp? Excellent question! You can help with running the camp canteen, in the office, camp programs, crafts, use your maintenance skills for plumbing, painting, repairing any number of things that get damaged during the summer.

Are you the mechanic type? We have three full sized vans and several other vehicles and three boats that need TLC.

There is a place for everyone! We can use you and your skills somewhere at camp this summer. Use this as an opportunity to give back to the place that has given so much to so many people!

Come to Lutherwood and use your very own outdoor ministry to renew yourself through adventure, service, and prayer. Get outside to breathe in the fresh air, and encounter the Spirit in unlikely places.

In short, your camp needs you. Every person has skills they can use to help Lutherwood Camp and Retreat Center roll on into the future.

Resource Pastor

• Our goal is to get a pastor a week
• Spend a week in the Spirit Lodge with your family
• Hang out with kids and answer any questions they may have
• Be involved in leading worships
• Be a resource to our staff
• Escape into the wonders of camp for a week

Resource Youth Director

• Our goal is to get a youth director a week all summer long
• Stay in the base of the Spirit Lodge
• Come up to the camp for a week when your youth group kids are here
• Be a creative resource for our staff
• Experience the wonders of camp
• Help us do programming
• Be involved in leading worships

Resource RV Folks

• Relax at Lutherwood
• Escape into the wonders of camp
• Join our community
• Be a pseudo grandparent for campers
• Use your unique skills and gifts to give to an awesome ministry

Volunteers are always welcome! Come up for a day, week, few weeks - Escape into the wonders of camp. Work to improve the camp using skills and gifts that are unique to you. Anyone and everyone is welcome. Call Bob Merrill at 360-734-7652 for more information.
