Lutherwood Camp & Retreat Center Facilities Rentals

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in Lutherwood Camp & Retreat Center. Choose from three uniquely different camp retreat experiences. From simple and rustic to larger group accommodation lodgings, meeting areas and various recreational activities.

The Spirit Lodge is able to host small groups up to 6. As the newest addition to our facilities, it has a special pricing for members of the clergy, as use by clergy members is encouraged for retreat or sabbatical. The Lakeview Lodge is also the retreat lodge. The Lodge will sleep up to 10 people. Lutherwood Camp & Retreat Center also has Cabins available for rentals. We have six Cabins that sleep up to ten people each.

Here at Lutherwood Camp & Retreat Center we are committed to providing our guests with a great outdoor experience. It is our hope that while you retreat from the distractions of day-to-day life for refreshing and renewal, that you are able to do so in a loving and safe environment with attractive facilities, and personal service.

The Spirit Lodge

The Spirit Lodge is camp's newest building completed in 2002. It sits on the shore of North Lake Samish with a breathtaking view. The Lodge will sleep up to six and is designed for small group use. Includes a kitchen, sleeping loft, living room, fireplace, deck and patio, downstairs meeting room and two bathrooms. Clergy use is encouraged. We have special pricing for clergy.

The Lakeview Lodge

The Lakeview Lodge building sits on the hill overlooking camp and Lake Samish. The Lakeview Lodge will sleep up to ten people. Includes a fully furnished kitchen and living room, four separate bedrooms, fireplace, TV & VCR, and two bathrooms.

Cabins

If you enjoy simple rustic comfort, then our cabins are just right for you. We have six cabins that are fully heated, newly roofed, and can sleep up to ten people each. Cabins share a bathhouse with other cabins but are located next to each other for large groups.

Weekend Rentals Rules

Check in is at 3pm on all Fridays

Due to summer camp being out at 2pm please do not be onsite until the above time for a weekend rental.

Check out is at 2pm on all Sundays
- Due to summer camp starting on Sunday at 3pm we ask that all registered guests are off our property at 2pm for clean up. Please help our summer staff be able to properly prepare for the campers that will be arriving for the week by leaving on time, thank you.

Weekend Host

All Registered groups need to check in with the weekend host. The host or hosting contact information will be located at the office (lake side of the chapel).

Parking

Parking can become an issue during the summer. There is no parking on the main field or near the main BBQ, if you need to unload please do so and then park in a designated parking area.

Weekend Front Gate

We do not allow individual day usage. Due to this issue and the possibility of unregistered guests coming onsite, we will be closing our gates during the weekend. The gate will not be locked during the weekend (so guests can come/go as needed). If you encounter the gate during the weekend, please push open to let yourself in and then close it behind you.
