Lutherwood looks to assemble a group of passionate, faithful summer staff each year. Working at Lutherwood is more than just a summer job. Our staff enjoy an opportunity to develop their faith, leadership skills, and personal gifts while engaging with campers of all ages, exploring grace in creation. Our staff are committed to welcoming, celebrating, and diving into faith with each person who comes to camp.

Are You Eligible?

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older AND one year out of high school.
Applicants are willing to attend staff training beginning June 9th
Individuals who have been charged and convicted for offenses including, but not limited to, child abuse, domestic violence, or sexual offenses are not eligible to work at camp
Applicants must complete an interview and background check.

NOTE: At Lutherwood, staffing week-to-week depends on the number of campers on site. Your schedule, and perhaps duties, will fluctuate. Due to this, we ask all staff to be flexible week-to-week to allow us to create a safe and exciting environment for all campers.

NOTE: Lutherwood does provide certification training to hired staff at no cost to the staff member. However, the certification is strenuous. Advanced physical training is advised.
