Camperships and Financial Aid

2026 Priority Deadline: March 1, 2026

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience camp regardless of ability to pay. We are committed to never turning away a camper due to financial circumstances.

If you would like to send a camper but are unable to cover the full cost, please complete this form after reading through this information. If you are a member of a church, we encourage you to ask for their assistance first, and include the amount they are willing to contribute.

We also ask that you prayerfully consider any additional funds you are able to contribute, so we can extend our help to every camper in need; please take note that partial camperships take less time to approve than full camperships.

2026 Campership Request Priority Deadline: March 1, 2026 (Requests submitted after this date will be considered for approval based on available remaining funds. If you foresee that this deadline will be difficult to meet, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know your situation. Thank you!)

Step One:

Please Register your camper for the week you are requesting (our Registration portal can be found here and current Sessions can be found here).

Our registration system asks that you pay the initial deposit ($125 per person) in order to register and save your spot. If the minimum deposit will be a burden, please email ashleigh.ek@camplutherwood.org so that we can temporarily hold a space for them without the deposit.

Step Two:

After you have begun the Registration process, please complete and submit this form to ashleigh.ek@camplutherwood.org.

If the form is submitted before the Registration process has begun, we will not be able to make any decisions until this step is completed. Thank you!
