Small loveseat-sized couch (used, good condition)
Small coffee table (used, decent condition)
Used 3/4 or 1-ton pick-up truck - for hauling project materials around camp property + supply stores
Electric golf cart - improving camp accessibility + medical response
Benchtop Planer - to improve quality of carpentry projects for various camp needs (lodging improvements, repairs, etc)
100’ Drain Auger - maintain drainage pipes around buildings and main road
150 gallon fuel tank for camp vehicles/watercrafts - to make refueling all vehicles/watercrafts faster
Three-compartment kitchen sink - replace outdated sink in the kitchen dishpit to support busy summer weeks.

Camp always has many small odds and ends that need updating, replacing, and repairing.
